Fireworks display in Galashiels a hit online

IT was one of the biggest events to be staged in Galashiels in 2009.

According to the organisers, more than 6000 people turned out to watch the spectacular fireworks display at the official ceremony to switch on the town's Christmas lights last month.

But, just in case you missed, here is footage from the event which is proving a hit on video-sharing website YouTube.
