Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday (February 26)
REVELLERS from the Borders were among those queuing for tickets for the country's biggest music festival last week.
Eminen, Kasabian, and Muse have been unveiled as the headliners at T in the Park 2010.
They will be joined by the likes of the Stereophonics, Black Eye Peas, Florence & The Machine, The Prodigy, Dizzee Rascal and Jay-Z.
However, tickets for the festival - which will attract 85,000 people to Balado in July - sold out withing 90 minutes of going on sale on Friday.
Geoff Ellis, Festival Director at DF Concerts: "We know that we have an exceptionally strong line-up for 2010 but you can't be complacent, it's still momentous for us to sell out now as it was the first time we did and we're really delighted.
"It's great to know 85,000 music lovers think we've made the right choices and can't wait for July 9th, and we can't wait to put the best T in the Park yet on for them."
The announcement of the headliners and first raft of must-see names for T in the Park 2010 was met with a rapturous reception.
However, while tickets for the festival sold out, there were still a very small amount of Residence accommodation packages available to buy through www.lastminute.com and www.ticketmaster.co.uk at the time of going to press.
George Kyle, Head of Sponsorship at founding partners Tennent's Lager: "Everybody at Tennent's is delighted at the news that T in the Park 2010 has sold out and we are really looking forward to welcoming the Balado faithful back in July."
