WITH only two weeks to go until Scotland's biggest pop party - In:Demand Live - Bauer Media Scotland are delighted to confrim that the final guests to be added to the amazing line-up are perennial favourites McFly.

Tom, Danny, Dougie and Harry - who first found fame in 2004 when their debut album spawned a whopping seven number 1 hits including '5 Colours In Her Hair', 'Star Girl' and 'All About You' - are back!

To date the band has produced 4 studio albums, had a starring role in a major Hollywood film, garnered countless music industry and public-vote awards, released a multi-platinum Greatest Hits album... all that and they hold the record - previously owned by The Beatles - for the youngest band to have a debut album enter the charts at number 1.

The four piece have been working on their fifth studio album, set for release in September of this year, and, along with a quickfire medley of their greatest hits, will be treating the In:Demand Live audience to the very first live performance in Scotland of their new single, 'Party Girl'.

McFly complete a bill that promises to make your summer sizzle - JLS, The Saturdays, The Script, Alexandra Burke, Tinchy Stryder, Diana Vickers, The Hoosiers, Alesha Dixon, Professor Green, Example, Eliza Doolittle, Alex Gardner, The Wanted, Basshunter, Fugative, Carrie Mac plus Beatbullyz. This means that there will be an almighty total of EIGHTEEN chart toppers all performing on the same day at the SECC on Saturday, July 31 (which works out at around £1.38 to see each act!).

There will be loads more to see and do at the Entertainment Zone which will have a Silent Disco where dance fanatics can shake their thang and an interactive Game Station Area where all the activity will be shown on giant screens. There will also be an extra special competition at the Karaoke Stage where the judges will be on the hunt for the best singer to then perform on the main stage just before the show ends!

Siobhán Crampsey of event organisers, Bauer Media said: "We thought the line-up for In: Demand Live was already packed to bursting but couldn't turn down this fantastic opportunity.

"Island Records asked us just last week if McFly could come along to the show as special guests to perform a mini-medley of their greatest hits plus the brand new single so - with a bit of manic rejigging of the running order (and a plea to our production partners, Df Concerts to try and rework the dressing room schedule!) - we've managed to squeeze them on to the bill. This makes In:Demand Live the biggest date on the pop calendar in Scotland by far....bring on the 31st July!"

In:Demand Live has evolved from Bauer's national evening programme 'In:Demand' which is hosted by Romeo, and broadcast (every weeknight 7-10pm) across seven Bauer stations in Scotland: Clyde 1, Forth One, Northsound 1, Tay FM, West FM, Westsound FM and Radio Borders.

Tickets for In Demand Live - priced £25 + booking fee - are on sale now and available on www.ticketsoup.com, www.gigsinscotland.com or via the SECC ticket hotline on 0844 395 4000. For more details and regular updates on In:Demand Live log onto www.indemandlive.co.uk
