A SPOOK-TACULAR event is in store for Galashiels this Halloween.

Internationally respected ‘Mentalist’ Colin Cloud, who received four Yeses from the judges on Britain’s Got Talent and is considered by his peers to be the next Derren Brown, will mesmerize guests at a ghoulish night at the MacArts Centre in the town’s Bridge Street on Friday, October 31.

Get your costumes ready and enjoy a fantastic Halloween event with a full night of entertainment which begins with a spooky horror walk through, with cages of zombies and horror characters that are desperate to meet you. Roaming the corridor is the trusty key keeper; he will keep you safe.

Once in the venue, enjoy drinks served by mad scientists from the science Lab bar, embrace the themed surroundings and soak up the creepy atmosphere that will be your destination for one night only.

The entertainment for the over 18s event, which is being organised by Lee Marcey Events and runs from 7.30pm to 1am, also includes music by rock band Bad Whiskey, and the mighty Fatlips, while creative dance performances will bring Zombies to life.

The venue will be themed with props and characters, embracing the spook of Halloween and prizes will be given to the best individual and group costumes on the night.

Tickets, priced £12, are available from the “Guess What” shop in Galashiels.
