THE Ex Braw Lads' and Lasses Association have been very busy recently with their fundraising.

A very successful 'Galaween' Fancy Dress Disco was held in the Focus Centre on October 22 where a considerable amount of money was raised for local Charities. Thank you to everyone who came along and enjoyed the fun.

A Fashion Show, organised by Wilkies of Bank Street, Galashiels, was held in Gala Rugby Football Club on Friday, October 28. The Association would like to thank Lorna and the models from Wilkies for all their hard work to make this event such a success and pass on their thanks to all those who attended.

A 'Duck Race' is being organised on November 19 and anyone wishing to purchase a Duck for this race should contact Craig Whitehead on Galashiels 750629. Ducks cost £1 each with a prize of £100 for the first Duck past the post.

The Ex Braw Lads' and Lasses Association hold their monthly meetings in the Salmon Inn on the last Sunday of each month at 7.30pm, all Ex Principals are welcome to attend.
