Win £250 to spend at new Galashiels pet store

PETS at Home is looking for a star pet to help open its brand new store at the Gala Water Retail Park in Galashiels later this month.

They've teamed up with the Border Telegraph to offer one lucky reader and their pet the chance to win £150 worth of Pets at Home vouchers and the chance to be a VIP (Very Important Pet) at the opening.

If you think your pet has star quality then please email a picture of your pet, your pet's name and a contact telephone number to editorial@bordertelegraph.com by Tuesday, August 24.

The winner will then be notified by telephone and must be available to attend the opening on Friday, August 27.

The winning pet will be invited along to the store on opening day as our special guest and will officially help to open the new store. The winner will also be able to start spending their vouchers on the fabulous products in store.

Pets at Home Galashiels will provide thousands of dedicated pet products for local dogs, cats, small animals, birds, fish and wildlife. The new store will feature a pet adoption centre, a pet village and an aquatic centre.

There will also be two runners up prizes of £50 worth of Pets at Home vouchers.

The usual Border Telegraph competition rules apply. There is no cash alternative. The winner must be happy for publicity.
