Fairway Leslie Peacefully passed away at Borders General Hospital after a short illness on 26th July 2019 aged 96 years. Beloved Husband of the late Isobel, much loved Father of Eric and the late Ann, dearly loved Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Father In Law. Sadly missed. A funeral service will be held at Borders Crematorium on Wednesday 7th August 2019 at 3pm, to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only please.

Dear Eric and family, I’m so sorry to hear about Uncle Les’ passing. I didn’t get to see him often but he was a good, kind man, a wonderful father, grandfather and a very special uncle. My Mum, Dorothy Fairway Murphy, loved him so much and now they can be together again. Go with God Uncle Les, you will be missed.
