RANKINE Elizabeth (Betty) Peacefully at Airlie House Care Home, Ayr on 14th June 2020. Much loved mum to Joyce, Ruth and Moira, loving aunt, granny, great-granny, dear mother-in-law and a dear friend to many. Due to current restrictions, funeral private.

I’m so sorry to hear about Betty. I’ve got fond memories of visiting her, Uncle Jimmy and Grandpa Rankine when I was little. I was just thinking of you all recently as a cousin (John Rankine) in Canada recently got in touch.
You’re in my thoughts. My own mum (Bett Rankin, wife of Hugh) died last August, and I can remember how cast adrift I felt.
