HEARD Rosemary Helen (nee Waugh) (Dallas Texas) Died peacefully in hospital on 13th June 2020, aged 76. Born in Jedburgh, grew up in Galashiels, attended Moray House. Dearly loved by husband Dennis, daughter Ailsa (husband Steve) and grandson Cameron, beloved sister of Sandra Duncan, sister -in -law of Norman Duncan and Sheila Waugh. Will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
