HOWDEN Violet (Galashiels) The family would thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy shown to them following the sad loss of Violet. Thanks to Rev Graeme Glover for his comforting words and to all those who attended the service at Trinity Parish Church and Heatheryett Cemetery and contributed so generously to the retiring collection for the friends of the Borders General Hospital. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of ward 6 at Borders General Hospital for all their care and attention.
