HOWDEN Violet (nee Hardie) (Galashiels) Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on 21st August 2022, with her family by her side. Violet, aged 100, beloved wife of the late Bill, much loved mum of John, Laura, Claire and Bruce. Loving granny of Emma and Nickie, great-granny of Chloe and Ava and dear sister of Sybil. Service in Trinity Parish Church, Galashiels on Wednesday 7th September at 1.15pm. Interment thereafter in Heatheryett Cemetery at 2pm. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, bright clothing optional.
