The 45-year-old was found at a house in Fisher Avenue, Hawick
POLICE have named the 45-year-old woman who died in a house fire on Hawick's Fisher Avenue last Wednesday.
Kelly Falconer, originally from Surrey, was found within the property when Fire and Rescue services were called to the blaze at 4.05pm on Wednesday, April 13.
A joint investigation between Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland was set up to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A joint investigation with the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service was initiated and the circumstances surrounding the fire and Kelly’s death were found to be non-suspicious."
