Morrison appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court
A GALASHIELS man is facing a charge of assault to severe injury.
Thirty year old Rory Morrison appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court, where he made no plea and the case was continued for further examination.
Bail was refused and Morrison was remanded in custody by Sheriff Peter Paterson.
