A KELSO man has been jailed for four months at Jedburgh Sheriff Court after admitting being involved in a domestic-related incident.
Barry Kirsopp pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by breaking a window to gain entry to a property, shouting and swearing, making threats of violence, breaking items and throwing them around.
The offence happened at his home at Grey's Close in Roxburgh Street on December 16.
The 26-year-old also appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of assault and robbery, two assault charges, possession of a weapon and vandalism.
Kirsopp made no plea and was fully committed for trial.
He was remanded in custody in connection with that case.
