A 57-year-old man has been accused of providing four security workers to a local nightclub who didn't hold the proper licence.
George Haig of Bryce Avenue in Edinburgh, denies the offence which is said to have happened at the Indigo Rooms in Overhaugh Street, Galashiels, on December 30.
Keith Brown, 22, of Jura Drive, Tweedbank; Michael McHugh, 28, of Hillview, Coldstream; Colin Fotheringham, 40, of Stevenson Street, Grangemouth; and Ryan McCash, 20, of Keir Drive, Kilsyth; also pleaded not guilty to engaging in security work without a proper licence.
A trial date has been set for September 11 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate diet on August 13.
