The land at Newtown St Boswells
PLANS for a major housing development in Newtown St Boswells will be revealed this autumn.
Belfast-based Eastonville Traders Ltd want to build on land on the edge of the village.
The site, between the northern entrance into Newtown and the village's bowling and football clubs, is currently used for farmland grazing.
A public consultation event is planned to be held on September 4 with presentations also to be made to the local community council.
