Melrose man accused of possessing indecent images of children
A 61-year-old man has appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of possessing indecent images of children.
Alan Keen is also charged with causing and permitting indecent images of children to be taken.
The offences are alleged to have been committed at a house in Melrose between January and Tuesday of this week.
Keen made no plea and the case was continued for further examination.
Bail was refused and he was remanded in custody.
