41-year-old accused of no-helmet motorbike ride with three-year-old
A TWEEDBANK man has been accused of riding a motorcycle dangerously by not wearing a helmet and carrying a three year old child in front of him who was also not wearing a helmet.
Adam Odoj pleaded not guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to the offence which is said to have happened in Weavers Linn, Tweedbank, on various occasions between April 18 and 20.
The 41-year-old of The Beeches, Tweedbank, will stand trial on October 23.
