Woman accused of police assault at BGH
A 31-year-old woman has been accused of causing a disturbance in Hawick and then assaulting a police officer at Borders General Hospital.
Simone Innes is charged with assaulting a man in Laidlaw Court on July 10 by striking on the head to his injury.
She also pleaded not guilty to brandishing a knife during the incident.
Innes of Murrayburn Green, Edinburgh, will stand trial on November 29 with an intermediate diet to be held at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on October 29.
