A GALASHIELS man who admitted being involved in a domestic disturbance has been banned from entering Kelso until his cased is completed.
Twenty eight year old Daniel Stewart of Oakwood Park, appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour by shouting and swearing and kicking doors.
The offence happened at a property in Inchmyre, Kelso, on Tuesday.
Sentence was deferred until January 21 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report, Restriction of Liberty Order assessment and a report on his suitability to attend the Caledonian Men's Project.
Stewart was granted bail with the special conditions not to contact his partner or enter Kelso.
