A MOTORIST from Nether Blainslie has been accused of causing serious injury by dangerous driving on the A68.
Benjamin Gordon will face a trial by jury at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on February 11.
The 27 year old of Leader Cottage, pleaded not guilty to crossing a solid white line while overtaking near the B6360 junction on November 29, 2017, and colliding with a vehicle driven by Christopher McKimmie.
The charge alleges both men were seriously injured and both vehicles severely damaged.
