PLANS have been unveiled for a new up-market housing development in Selkirk.
Melrose-based developers Rural Renaissance - a subsidiary of Crawford's - wants to build 13 detached properties on a one-hectare site adjacent to the town's tennis courts.
The greenfield site, known locally as Kerr's Land, is allocated for housing on the Local Development Plan.
The developer also wants to create a new entrance to the site from the A7 at Hillside Terrace.
A full planning application will be considered over the coming weeks by Scottish Borders Council.
