Galashiels nightclub worker accused of assault to injury
A nightclub worker from Galashiels has been charged with punching a man to the head to his injury and permanent disfigurement.
William Thomson, from Wood Street is accused of assaulting Dominik Rakowski on December 30 at Base Nightclub in Hawick during the course of his employment.
A trial date for the 41-year-old has been fixed for April 2 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on March 18.
