52-year-old faces historic voyeurism charge
A BERWICKSHIRE man will stand trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of voyeurism.
David Virtue is accused of taking photographs of a woman's naked body without her knowledge or consent at a house in Westruther between March 1 and March 31, 2011.
The 52-year-old of Cedarwood, Gordon, will stand trial on May 2 with an intermediate hearing on March 18.
