AN appeal has been made to trace a Selkirk woman who has been missing for a week.
Aimee Wightman was last seen on the morning of Thursday, February 14 in Galashiels.
The 35-year-old is described as being five-foot-six-inches tall, of slim build with brown eyes and dark brown hair.
Police Scotland Inspector Jim Morrison said: "Aimee was last seen on February 14 and subsequently reported missing on February 19.
"We believe she may well be in the Galashiels area.
"Family and friends are understandably worried about her.
"We have a number of police resources out looking her and I am now looking for assistance from the public."
Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 671 of February 19.
