A GALASHIELS pensioner has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of three sex offences.
James Forsyth is charged with lewd and libidinous practices towards two girls aged 11 and 14 years old at his Brier Lane home in the 1980s.
He also faces a charge of public indecency at his home between June 2017 and September 2018.
The 73-year-old made no plea and the case was continued for further examination and he was released on bail.
