A NEWSTEAD man has been accused of being in charge of three Jack Russell terriers that allegedly attacked a herd of sheep near his home.
Terence Drum is said to have committed the offence on agricultural land at Eddy Road Fields in Newstead on January 17.
The 57-year-old made no plea and the case was continued at Selkirk Sheriff Court until April 8.
