Galashiels man denies vicious snooker cue attack
A GALASHIELS man has been accused of assaulting a male to his severe injury.
Judah Carlson, of Magdala Terrace, is accused of striking Mark King on the body with a snooker cue causing him to fall down a flight of steps and when he was on the ground repeatedly punch and kick him on the head and body.
The 21-year-old denies the offence.
A trial will take place at Selkirk Sheriff Court on March 28.
