A LAUDER man has been accused of an £11,000 benefits fraud.
Gordon Gourdie, 65, of Calfward Park, denies receiving housing benefit of £11,018 he was not entitled to between July 2013 and November 2017, by failing to declare he was in receipt of pension incomes from the Royal Mail and Armed Forces.
A trial date has been fixed for March 28 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
