27-year-old denies Selkirk filling station assaults
A HAWICK man has been accused of assaulting a male and a female at Hillside Filling Station in Selkirk.
Aiden Nairn, 27, of Langlands Road, also faces a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
The offences are said to have happened on December 2.
A trial date had been fixed for June 20 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on June 3.
