62-year-old denies failing to report ASDA accident
A GALASHIELS woman has been accused of failing to stop after an accident in the ASDA car park in the town and failing to report the incident to police within 24 hours.
Valerie Forsyth, 62, of Wood Street, denies the offences said to have happened on January 2.
A trial date has been fixed for May 14 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on April 23.
