A TWEEDBANK man is facing two drug dealing charges.
William Kennedy denies being concerned in the supply of Alprazolam in Channel Street, Galashiels, on October 31 to others and in particular a police officer.
The 34-year-old also pleaded not guilty a similar offence involving heroin at a house in Hawthorn Road, Galashiels, on November 1.
Kennedy is accused of a third charge of being in possession of diazepam at his Craw Wood home on January 2.
A trial date of April 25 has been fixed at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on April 8.
