Moffett appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court
A GALASHIELS man who was involved in a dispute over a parked vehicle has been fined £125 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Stuart Moffett was also ordered to pay £50 compensation to a woman he was shouting and swearing at.
The 27-year-old admitted the offence in his home street of Glendinning Terrace on June 2.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
