22-year-old accused of assaulting woman to her danger of life
A HAWICK man has been charged with assaulting a woman to her severe injury and danger of life.
Twenty two year old Nathan Brown, who now lives in Jedburgh, pleaded not guilty to the offence on indictment at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
The offence is alleged to have been committed in Jedburgh in February.
Brown's case was continued until April 29.
