25-year-old accused of assault to severe injury
A 25-year-old Kelso man has been accused of assault to severe injury.
Joshua Watson appeared in private at a special Easter Saturday sitting of Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
He is charged with committing an assault on a 29-year-old man in Kelso earlier this month.
Watson made no plea and the case was continued for further examination and he was released on bail.
