SELKIRK is set to return to normal on Friday with the 2019 Standard Bearer being unveiled in front of the Town Hall.
Due to town centre renovations last year's Appointment Night was moved to the Victoria Halls.
With the Market Square refurbishments now complete, the Royal and Ancient Burgh Standard Bearer will again be revealed with the traditional opening of the Town Hall doors at 7pm.
The customary round-the-town procession will follow before the Appointment Night Concert in the Victoria Halls.
An Appointment Night Dance will also take place in the same venue from 9.30pm.
