Couple accused of assaulting man to his sever injury
TWO people from Kelso have been accused of assaulting a man to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
Thirty two year old Jade McCann and Darren Devlin, who is 29, both of Inchmyre, are also charged with assaulting a woman to her injury.
It follows an incident in Kelso on April 1.
Both made no plea during a private hearing at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and the case was continued for further examination.
They were released on bail by Sheriff Mungo Povey.
