PEEBLES artist Moy Mackay is hoping visitors to the Royal Highland Show will be flocking to the Craft Marquee next week.

The award-winning gallery owner has just returned to Scotland from another sell-out art workshop tour of Scandinavia.

And she is now in the midst of a speedy turnaround, finalising her latest portfolio for the forthcoming Show at Ingleston.

Moy's vibrant textural paintings are famously unique in that instead of paint, she uses felted Merino.

Recognised internationally as a world leader in her genre of landscape painting, Moy is inspired by the kaleidoscope of seasonal colour that surrounds her rural home in Peeblesshire.

Moy will be among the exhibitors in the 3D 2D Arts and Craft Marquee throughout the Show, which runs from Thursday, June 20 until Sunday, June 23.
