A GALASHIELS woman has been accused of driving while almost three times the legal alcohol limit.
Lisa Pollard, 39, of Knoll Terrace, pleaded not guilty to driving with a breath/alcohol count of 64 microgrammes - the legal limit being 22 - on the A7 near Ashkirk, on January 14.
A trial date has been set for October 24 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on October 9.
