A SUPERSTORE employee who admitted threatening or abusive behaviour towards a works colleague has been fined £270 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Adam Millar of Gala Park, Galashiels, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened on March 27.
The court was told that the 25-year-old struck up a friendship with a female colleague but she made it clear she did not want their relationship to go any further.
However Millar sent various messages and made phone calls to her and also her boyfriend which were described as "concerning".
Sheriff Kevin Duffy said he had caused "upset and distress" to his co-worker.
