A TWEEDBANK man appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court charged with breaching his bail conditions.
Jonathan Barnes denies contacting Jodie Charles at her Carlin Court home in Tweedbank on Saturday despite a court order preventing him from doing so.
He also pleaded not guilty to breaching his 7pm to 7am curfew by being outwith his Carlin Court home at 9.10pm.
Barnes, 23, will stand trial on September 12.
