A HAWICK man has appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court following the recovery of a quantity of cocaine with a maximum estimated street value of £1,150.
Thirty five year old Paul Marshall of Burnfoot Road, was charged with being concerned in the supply of the class A drug.
He was also accused of being in possession of an air rifle without a relevant licence at a property in Silverbuthall Road. Hawick, on Sunday, August 11.
Marshall pleaded not guilty to both charges and a trial date was set for October 15 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on September 9.
