DRIVERS are being reminded that part of the A7 at Galashiels will be closed from this evening.
Resurfacing work is taking place on Abbotsford Road from 6pm-11pm.
And the stretch will also be shut during the same hours tomorrow (Thursday).
A diversion route will be available for southbound traffic via B6374 through Langlee, Lowood Bridge and A6091, and the opposite direction for northbound traffic.
And X62 and X95 bus services will be impacted.
Both services travelling south during this time will operate via:
Paton Street
Currie Road
Station Brae
B6374 through Langlee
Lowood Bridge
A6091
to Tweedbank roundabout (X62) and Kingsknowe roundabout (X95) for normal route, and the opposite direction for northbound buses.
