Curfew and fine for 50-year-old who gave police a false name
A 50-year-old man gave a false name to police officers when they arrived at his Hawick home with an arrest warrant.
John Donaldson pleaded guilty to attempting to pervert the course of justice in Ivanhoe Terrace on June 28.
He was placed on a Restriction of Liberty Order between the hours of 7pm and 7am for the next nine months and fined a total of £400 for bail order breaches.
