A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from entering Selkirk after breaching a court order by contacting his former partner.
Daniel Hamilton appeared from custody at the town's sheriff court and admitted the breach during a disturbance earlier in the week.
Sentence was deferred until Monday when Hamilton has other matters calling at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Hamilton, who gave an address in Galashiels, was granted bail with the special condition not to enter Selkirk unless on court business.
