43-year-old remanded on assault to severe injury charge
A 43-year-old man has been accused of assaulting a man to his severe injury and robbing him in Coldstream at the weekend.
Paul Wilson of Priory Bank, Coldstream, is also charged with attempted theft from a bank machine.
He made no plea during a private hearing at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
The case was continued for further examination and a motion for bail was refused and he was remanded in custody.
