A HAWICK man faces trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of causing a disturbance at a medical centre.
John Wharton, 41, of Oliver Crescent, denies behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and swearing at the O'Connell medical centre in Hawick on August 26.
The trial has been fixed for October 31.
