A KELSO man has been remanded in custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court after being accused of three domestic-related offences.
Thirty one year old Mark Turnbull is charged with approaching his former partner on Tuesday, October 29, when bail conditions prevented him from doing so.
He is also said to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by staring in the windows of her home at Abbotseat in Kelso, and spitting on a car.
Turnbull of Berrymoss Court, pleaded not guilty to all three offences.
A trial date was fixed for December 10 with an intermediate hearing on November 26.
No application was made for bail and Turnbull was remanded in custody.
