PLANS have been unveiled for nine new family homes in Innerleithen.
Cubby Construction want to erect two terraces of three-bedroom houses on an infill site between Peebles Road and the town's health centre.
The application for the affordable homes development also includes car parking for up to 14 vehicles and two electric car charging points.
The developers also want to build a secure bike store which can cater for up to 10 bicycles.
Scottish Borders Council will consider the full planning application over the coming weeks.
