Galashiels man accused of being involved in disturbance with partner
A GALASHIELS man has appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of being involved in a disturbance with his partner on Monday night.
Angus Kennedy, who is 20, denies shouting and swearing and making offensive and abusive comments at a house in Croft Street, Galashiels.
A trial date has been set for Selkirk Sheriff Court on January 16 with an intermediate hearing on December 16.
